A personal platform for organizing job search, learning, projects, finances, and portfolio links in one place.
MasterMe is a personal ecosystem platform built for my own day-to-day professional use. It brings together the tools I need to manage job applications, learning paths, projects, portfolio links, and technical updates without moving between separate services.
The dashboard gives a quick view of what matters now: the day plan, follow-ups, learning progress, monthly costs, projects, and tech radar. Each module is focused on a different part of the workflow, but they all feed into the same place.
I also added AI-assisted features where they are useful. The AI can help classify pasted content, draft follow-ups, suggest a day plan, and prepare blog drafts from real work, while keeping the final decision with me.
The platform is built with a server-side architecture that keeps browser interactions limited to the UI and API routes. User data, AI logs, and planning information are handled through the application layer and stored in the platform’s data layer, with integrations for blog drafts, infrastructure costs, and repository updates.
How it works
MasterMe is my own personal ecosystem platform. I built it to run my job search, learning, and projects in one place, alongside the parts of my professional life that usually end up scattered across different tools.
The platform brings together portfolio links, social apps, learning paths, daily planning, job offers, projects with billing, monthly costs, and a tech news radar. It also includes AI-assisted workflows for drafting follow-ups, planning the day, and writing blog drafts from real work.
I designed it as a single place to keep track of what I am working on, what needs attention, and what is coming next, with each module focused on a specific part of daily professional organization.
The problem
Managing a professional life often means switching between separate tools for job applications, learning progress, project tracking, planning, and content updates. That makes it harder to keep a clear view of priorities, follow-ups, costs, and progress.
I wanted one platform where I could organize these parts together instead of treating them as unrelated tasks. The goal was to reduce the friction of moving between tools and keep my work, plans, and reference information in one place.
The approach
MasterMe centralizes the main areas of my professional workflow in a single dashboard and set of modules. It includes planning blocks for the day, learning paths with progress, job tracking with follow-up reminders, projects with income and infrastructure costs, and a portfolio hub with links and blog drafts.
The platform also adds AI features that support the workflow without taking control of it. The AI drafts follow-ups, helps plan open tasks into free blocks, and turns ideas from real work into blog drafts for review. Each action stays user-reviewed, so the platform supports decision-making rather than replacing it.
